Let Scoot know when you’re Ready2Work

Subs who are Ready2Work are contacted first for last-minute vacancies. Ready2Work means that you’re ready to leave your house within five minutes of accepting an assignment.

  1. On the Home screen select I’m up and Ready2Work today
  2. Step 2: You’re now set as Ready2Work (yep it’s that easy!)
  3. Ready2Work status resets at 4am every day

Set your daily availability

Let Scoot know which days you’re available or not available to teach. Scoot will not contact you on days that you’re set to not available.

  1. Step 1: Select My Availability from the menu
  2. Step 2: Select the day(s) to change availability from Available, Not Available, or partial availability
  3. If you’re partially available, choose Set by Hours

Set your recurring availability

You can easily set your recurring availability if there are days you can’t work every week.

  1. Step 1: Select My Availability from the menu
  2. Step 2: Select day(s) to change recurring availability
  3. Step 3: Press Update Days Available
  4. Step 4: Review the calendar to ensure your availability has been updated correctly

Can I choose assignments in Scoot2Work?

You won’t be able to search for assignments through the Scoot2Work app, you will be contacted directly first by phone, email, and text message.

At Scoot, we believe the best way to put the right teacher into the right classroom is by carefully selecting which teachers are invited to fill each vacancy and that’s why we don’t offer a select-your-own approach.

I don't remember my password for Scoot2Work, how can I reset it?

Visit our Scoot2Work login page via desktop and there will be an option called “Forgot Password?” Click it and then follow the next instructions to reset your password.

How do I let Scoot know that I'm ready to take on last-minute requests?

By clicking the “Ready2Work” button in the app! Our Help page has in-depth instructions on where to find this.

How do I let my consultant know that I’m ready to work?

By keeping your Scoot2Work up-to-date with your availability! You can set up both reoccurring and daily availability.
