we have fun, we are one.
Every year, we assess whether we’re fostering a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive team that reflects the communities we serve.
Our current goals for representation within the company involve race, gender, and language.
The team serving a market (ideally a city but across the state when needed) should be representative of the racial demographics in that market.
We celebrate that education is a women-led industry while building an organization that is representative of the US. We aim to employ ⅔ women and be inclusive of the nonbinary population.
One in three people living in America will speak Spanish as a first or second language by 2050. Our goal is 40% of our workforce by 2025.
We actually take the time to understand your goals and requirements, whether you’re looking for an educator or positions in education.
Scoot consultants thoughtfully hand-match school assignments and local educators based on criteria like goals, preferences, and values.
Because when it comes to filling vacancies, we know making the right match and providing support on both sides of the front desk is critical to ensure the best outcomes for everyone— especially the students.
That’s why since 2004, we’ve been building our expertise and raising the bar on how teaching positions get filled. And today, 400,000 students worldwide – across Australia, the U.K., New Zealand, Canada, and the U.S. – receive the education that they deserve.
We have an expansive reach, but we work within local communities for a truly integrated approach that provides a valuable service to educators, school administrators, and students.
We have over 15 years experience across 5 countries.
We’re quick, nimble and act with urgency.
We’re innovative and adaptive to every problem, big or small.
We bring new tech-driven solutions to make your life easier.
We’ve got a caring human behind every touch point.
We’ll always put learning outcomes ahead of financial outcomes.
