You’ll access your dashboard and unique URL by logging into “Access My Dashboard” on this page. For more instructions visit our help page.

Your referral URL is a sharable link that is unique to you as a Scoot Education Refer & Earn member. You can use your link to give to people who you think would make great substitute teachers with Scoot Education and in return you’ll reward you with prizes!

Since the URL is unique to you, we’re able to track who clicks and applies to be a substitute with Scoot using your URL — which, in turn, lets us know to reward you!

To access the status of your referrals, you’ll access your dashboard.

It depends.

If the person you referred hasn’t been activated in their hiring process, it’s likely we jump into their onboarding process and update their information to include your unique referral ID. If the person you referred is already working with Scoot, we cannot retroactively give credit for the referral.

If you need to request credit for an applicant who has not yet been hired with Scoot, please email referral@scoot.education and we’ll review your request.

After a referral is successfully completed, you will be awarded a $100 gift card via a platform called Tango. You’ll receive an email with a redemption link for you to choose from their thousands of retailers. Read more about redeeming gift cards.
