Speech-Language Pathologists are critical to the Multidisciplinary Evaluation Team by helping students with all types of language and communication issues. 

Scoot Education is hiring exceptional Speech Language Pathologists across Greater Phoenix. Having been established in California for four school years, and grown to have multiple offices and regions up and down the state, we are excited to be expanding to Arizona to extend our impact within school communities across the US, and specifically special education students within Phoenix and AZ.

A successful Speech-Language Pathologist will:
  • Screen students who are referred with speech concerns
  • Analyze and interpret testing results to determine need for speech-language services
  • Develop treatment plans, interventions and/or educational materials for the purpose of minimizing the adverse impact of communication disorders in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor student learning and pace therapy/instruction accordingly
  • Maintains files and/or records (e.g. progress reports, activity logs, billing information, treatment plans, required documentation, quarterly reports, screening results, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring the availability of information as required for reference and/or compliance.

You’ll get paid:

  • $41-47/hour

You’ll need to provide the following education & licensing requirements:
  • Master’s Degree
  • AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • AZ Department of Education Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate
