Unlimited PTO

We encourage you to take 3 weeks off minimum! But it’s up to you, because we know employees perform better when they’ve had time to rest and recharge.


Medical, dental + 401K

Scoot covers 100% of a base medical plan, and 75% of dental and vision. We help you plan for retirement by providing a 5% match on 401k.


Modern office + tech

Expect an open floor plan, with standing desks and bright colors. We provide Macbooks and Scoot swag to all employees on their first day!


Flexible work schedule

Scoot offers flexibility and remote options for employees, whenever possible. We also enjoy summer hours during June-August.


Team bonus structure

We reward Scooters who help their team achieve amazing things! Bonuses are assessed 2x a year and are uncapped.
