Introducing Growth Hub: A learning platform built for Scoot educators

As of September 2025, We’re proud to announce the launch of our educator learning & professional development platform, Growth Hub. This platform is now accessible to all our educators here at Scoot but also ANZUK, our global network across Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the UK.

Why we built Growth Hub

Behind every successful classroom moment is an educator using the right skills at the right time.

Whether navigating a day without a lesson plan, de-escalating a tense situation, or connecting with a struggling student, educators need practical strategies they can rely on.

Growth Hub puts those strategies within reach – providing learning that is accessible, actionable, and designed for the realities of today’s classrooms.

What is Growth Hub

Growth Hub is our new learning platform built specifically for Scoot and ANZUK educators. 

In it, educators can find bite-sized microlearning modules–each under 8 minutes to complete.

Focused and actionable, each module provides educators with practical strategies they can use immediately in any classroom setting.

Some of the topics we cover:

• What to do if there isn’t a lesson plan

• Developing a growth mindset

• Trauma-informed practices

• De-escalation strategies

• Giving clear directions

• Positive narration

• Generating trust

Lessons were designed by experienced educators skilled in research-based instructional practices and are tailored to the specific needs of educators in our global network. For example, many of our educators moving to Australia to substitute teach will receive modules introducing them to Australian-specific school systems.
